If you contact our company, fill in our quote/service/career forms, or use our website, the following personal data may be processed:

• Request content: project/application information you share in your message and forms.
• Resume information: the CV and its content you submit for career applications.
• Transaction security and technical data: usage data collected via IP address, browser information and cookies.

• Responding to and fulfilling your quote, information and service requests.
• Carrying out pre-contractual and contractual processes.
• Evaluating career applications and managing recruitment processes.

• Fulfilling legal obligations and ensuring website security.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK — namely, direct relation to the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfilment of the data controller's legal obligation, establishment/exercise/protection of a right, and legitimate interest provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms — and, where required, based on your explicit consent.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data, limited to the purposes above, may be transferred to legally authorised public bodies, our business partners, our suppliers, and service providers we use (hosting, email, infrastructure, etc.) in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Where your data is processed via service providers with servers abroad, appropriate safeguards required by law are ensured.

6. Method of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through automatic/partially automatic means such as our website's contact, quote, service and career forms, email, phone and cookies.

7. Your Rights Under KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly; request its deletion or destruction; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result that is unfavourable to you arising solely from automated analysis; and request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

8. Method of Application

You may submit your requests regarding the rights above, together with documents verifying your identity, by email to info@tararobotik.com or in writing to our postal address above. Your requests will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible, and no later than 30 (thirty) days depending on their nature.
