With our custom-designed gripper we palletise up to eight boxes at once; boxes of different sizes can be stacked at the same time. Once a pallet is full it exits by conveyor and an empty pallet is fed in automatically. Runs 24 hours uninterrupted with low maintenance.
Fits a very small footprint; fewer mechanical parts mean fewer breakdowns.
Switching to a new product needs no PLC knowledge; it adapts in a few minutes.
Maintenance and energy costs are low, and it's easy to relocate when needed.
